All orders are prepared and shipped from our studio in Valencia, Spain, via DHL, ensuring fast and secure delivery.

Processing time

In-stock items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after the order is confirmed. For made-to-order pieces, the production time will be indicated on the product page or confirmed by email.

Delivery times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Spain and Europe: 1–3 business days

• Rest of the world: 2–5 business days

These are estimated times and may be affected by external factors such as holidays, customs, or weather conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Customs and international duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Ana Illueca Ceramics does not cover these additional charges and cannot estimate their amount.
